A few things to keep in mind:
Maintain a consistent Agnihotra practice. This allows full benefits of the Yajnas.
You can perform the Maha Mrityunjaya Yajna at any time of the day.
If you are performing the Maha Mrityunjaya Yajna and its Agnihotra time, you may pause the Yajna to make the Agnihotra offering, then resume the Yajna.

Purpose: This Mantra impacts the three-fold aspect of creation (creation, sustenance, dissolution). As living beings, we are sustained and bound by the vines of life; water, air, food, light, and energy. We are subject to its limitations, including being bound to the cycles of birth and death. This Mantra enables us to break free from these limitations, to achieve victory over the limitations of life and death, and to become one with our immortal Self.
Purpose: These seven verses describe the entirety of the Vedic body of knowledge. Revealed at the time of creation, the Vedas is a science of life that describes the evolution of the soul and the process for the individual soul to merge with the Universal Consciousness. It describes the Fivefold Path as a universal path for all, leading one to the state of Unity with Universal Consciousness.
Purpose: Prayer to surrender to the Truth, the path of Truth, and the community that upholds Truth.
